Amira is an Egyptian-American visual artist currently based in D.C. She works primarily in acrylic painting and photography, incorporating elements of calligraphy and mixed media. Much of her work is rooted in personal curiosity, introspection, and self-expression. Inspired by art’s ability to influence perception and deepen awareness, she aims to use her work to engage with social and cultural issues.
